i think the middle aged super freaky dude that keeps hunting her has something to do with her dad passing away, maybe his whole death was something the heavens did not permit so instead of peacefully passing away he was given (or maybe became) some kind of yokai bound to his home so that he can protect his family. Maybe he was the whole reason miko hasn’t seen ghouls in the past and his passing triggered her ability to reopen! DAMN IM SO PUMPED i really hope the series continue !!!
