Let me give you an advice never rely on ratings when it comes to this site
I swear you'll miss out on so many gems
the way the stories with recycble plots containing brutal rape and grooming have a 9+ star and these cute stories even if cliches get these ass ratings
I totally feel you.
That's why I go through the comments to see what problems people have with the story.
The hypocrisy of people's ratings is just wild.

I've been using this site since about 2015 or 16 and never once have I ever used the ratings to decide whether to read a manga. They're mostly inaccurate and people just rate however they want. They dong reflect the manga at all.
Same! For all the 4yrs I've been here I always go to the genre i want to read click so it sorts according to update date then i choose whichever cover graps my attention read the synopsis a few comments if i like what i see i read it
I do the same! Click on a manga whose cover art interests me, and read few comments to see if people like or dislike it. Ratings are never to be relied on in this site
i usually avoid reading mangas rated below 8 but above that the ratings can be very inaccurate so if the summary is given i either rely on that or the comments

i almost didnt read it cus of the bad rating ...started it expecting SA or sum but it had nothing of the sort but the opposite ...never trusting the rating on this website ever
