well, people and characters often blush when faced with something adorable. i think he's cooing over the cute kid ML rather than flushing from romantic feelings. its been a few lifetimes since he last got to see his younger self and he gushes and mentally pampers him allll the time hahahaha. i get what you mean though. doesn't change the kid ML blushing for more romantic reasons but a kids feelings can't be helped much :> (i mean the author could but lets cope a bit..)
I can't stand it anymore I have to say this. Why does the author love to put child in adult situations. Don't get me started on the mc(child lover) he has blushed once(which is too many) at the me in child form and the author refuses to let they grow up. Out of the 5ish universe's 3 ether feature one or both as children( 4 if you count the cameo in the zombie one) I just wished they could be adults or teens and the only thing that would change is weird uncomfortable feelings you get while reading. It's such a shame too because the plot is great but it's ruin by the author (likes???????) not calling them a you know what(m.a.p) just please let the be teens or adults it gives them more freedom and it open up more opportunities. Also they act like teens anymore weather it be the actions or thoughts.
