i doubt theres any way uruma is the one that turned shigoku the way he is. If you guys didn’t catch on, shigoku claimed already that he started picking on uruma because theres nothing more evil than having no reason to be evil. So really all the hardships uruma went through wasn’t because shigoku hated him and wanted revenge. And also, dont forget how cunning shigoku is. He could be playing mind games with uruma and all. Like “showing” him the past with vr, showing his family, aka uruma’s weakness. he could’ve totally made up the whole childhood thing.
