Luca is the previous king's great grandchild. Judith is the the previous king's grand-niece becauseof his Sister, Luca's aunt (cause of her sister) and I think second-third cousing too.

Luca's mother (Vanessa): is the daughter of the previous king (the old king)
Vanessa had a child who is Luca's father.
Luca is the son of Vanessa's child and nephew of Judith.
The old king's grandniece is Judith, Judith is the grandchild of the old king's sister.
The old king had a sister, who ran away and end up having a family outside the palace and that's Judith's parents.
Rudiger is the real son of the Duke and and Sophia, on the other hand Vanessa's child (son) is basically not the duke's real child which makes it Luca not being part of their family.
