I intentionally did not include Hosik's Story ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/hosik_s_story/) because the runaway part is just about the uke wanting to take a breath from his obsessive/possessive seme. They just need some time to cool off or be apart from each other for a while. And iirc, the seme even knows where the uke went (to the uke's friend's house), so it doesn’t serve the purpose of running away in the sense that the uke no longer wants to be involved with the seme.
