Whatever that is, love triangle, affair, any plot that adds a third person just to shake up the main couples relationship, I don't particularly enjoy those, specially if the whole series or season is just centered in that tug of war between the second and male lead. That's why i avoid stories like yours to claim.
I'm not saying i hate the Story right now, it's good theres still a boundary between that guy and the MC, i just don't particularly like idea that the author made another story for them just to have this specific conflict. I get it, relationships have ups and downs, but im just fed up with stories pulling the third party card. im still gonna read it tho
I don't get it. Aside from Kang getting jealous and angry in the previous chapters, there's not really much of a change here. The previous story was clear enough about how serious Kang is with Ahn, even giving up about the idea of going back to the states like he planned, and resigning from his position..? (if i remember correctly)
I don't see the relationship has to grow per se. I think they are already fine in that area. It's just Kang is so mature and composed. Even when he says being with Ahn makes him do things he hasn't done before, we haven't really seen him break his character, in contrast Ahn who wears his heart on his sleeves.
Right now we are seeing him being upset, anxious, agitated and having more expressions than the usual stoic, cool face. It's quite cute.
That also addresses his statement last time that he would let Ahn go. I mean sure he gave up things for Ahn but I think this time what Ahn/author wants is to make Kang a bit more selfish. To not give up Ahn because he doesn't want to let go, instead doing again what benefits Ahn. I hope my English made sense lol.
Yes he is not that stoic but he is portrayed as cool. Even when he's laughing he is still cool. Cool because he is mature. He is mature because he almost always knows what to do. Barely acts or does anything childish, barely gets angry. If he doesn't like something, he doesn't get grumpy - at least from what I remember on both series. He almost always gives in to Ahn. Resigned at his job and started a company - sure it's all business but part of it is because it's Ahn. Bought a convertible because of Ahn. And more.
So development in Kang would be to be more selfish. And idk what chapter it is, if it's 26 but they were drinking and that started them arguing.
I hate when authors add love triangles just to move a plot bro, hell even an amnesia is a better trope than this
