I don't know if this counts, but there's something kinds similar to this. It's called Stuck in My Sister's Dating Sim.

I'm on the fence about if I like it or not, but it's basically a similar premise. Guy dies, gets reincarnated into dating sim, harum activities but not really. It doesn't have the BL tag, since it's not entirely BL. There is some Yuri though.
