There's this bl manga I read long ago but can't find it. So the plot is the seme's mom asks his son to hive her a heir. She also ask him to go meet women in a blind date. But he isn't interested. But his mom is adamant and she wants grandchild. So seme's secretary who is also his friend tells him he will give birth. There's a medication where men can become pregnant. Side effects of the medication makes him go into heat. It's not a Omegaverse though.
