Cave were important shelters for people back in the days tho some natives or our ancestors developed immunity to the diseases roaming around the caves and etc. Some people’s body, strengh and everything who are born to withstand the environment they were living in, sometimes even just a piece of wood and fire together is already an okay for them.
Plus Seth, and others are Gods with nonhuman strengh or body system so thats an okay for them. Plus the Humans, people back in the ancient egypt were built different by the way so exploring caves and the whole desert was like another fag for them.

Cave exploring without proper equipment and a guide is really dangerous.
Idk if it allows as they are gods, but that's a magical kind of cave so it cancels out and but still.
