They're both guarded. Ofc it's not gonna be easy for them. The way i see it, seme was the one fool in love, which I think was kinda obvious. Uke is just more guarded, & he was not made a joke. It just so happens that the plan wasn't communicated immediately, and it wasn't like he didn't want to. He tried reaching out for a week. They are complex characters with complex personalities that needs deeper understanding. And in the end, the seme still came running to uke

I wasn’t a big fan of this bc the uke was made out to be a fool in love at the end and that’s bs. Im glad I skimmed through this and not further waste my time. My personal preference is the seme has to be the fool, he has to fall first, fall harder, and is completely smitten by the uke. This bl did not meet all of my preferences and I hate seeing the uke be made a joke bc seme couldn’t bother to communicate his plans.
