I wanna know too. I've read the last chapter of the novel's main story, all the epilogues and side stories/extras up to the very last. But I couldn't find anything related to mpreg involving the main couple. I'm still hoping that the reason why this manhwa was tagged with mpreg is bcs it will add that missing piece from the novel.
