I absolutely love this story though I did skim the first 50 chapters until well I don't know if you want spoilers; but something major happens.
Unfortunately there has been a few scenes of grape, but I skip them. Otherwise the story is so worth it. At first even I was hesitant, but I don’t regret it. Once I got past the major scene and the grape, I gobbled the story up.
Despite Seth being previously evil, I absolutely love him and I love his nephew aka birdbrain. It takes its time when updating, but whenever it does I pick it up again regardless of how long it has been. I just finished reading the new update when I saw this comment, and I can’t wait for the next few chapters to come out. I have so many questions.
Yes I was because I really started focusing on when Seth was captured and put on trial and they pretty much explained everything from there. I tend to skim certain type of genres where I want to read the plot, but it can be too dark or toxic for me so I have gotten pretty good at grasping the concept while skimming and if there are minor details I may have missed I tend to get them from spoilers
Not trying to justify the grape scenes, but in the first season, at least, it's not out of place since it's part of the original myth. In the second season... Well- it's a different story. I didn't like it, but it's out of context either since caravans actually did that to other women(in the story ofc). Obviously I'm not trying to justify grape, but at least in this story it's put in a contest
I saw these on tiktok and thought this was a wicked read till I read the spoilers of excessive so tell me why this is worth a read? genuine question, idm more spoilers
