Nah, good analysis though. His "skill" you're probably thinking of is the unregistered ones or back when he got vertical horizontal and thrust, but there's loopholes in that idea. Aura would've been considered a skill because, well, he has aura, but he didn't level up after learning it. Not only that, it's previously stated that it's not the skill gains but to level up, it's sort of having to amass a certain amount of ability or skill that equates to your level of potential or vessel. Han Bin's is in the millions, not only because of his immensely amassed strength, but also his guide line's error. So although he does get a skill with every level up, he doesn't actually get a level with every skill
Correct me if I'm wrong, but does Hanbin level up each time he acquires a skill not the reverse? If so, then it makes soooo much sense! Doesn't matter how many EXP he gains, if he doesn't learn a skill he won't level up. That's his guideline's error!
