Cause Tanaka in chapter 4 said he hoped Nakata like Him but then in chapter 5 he says he hopes that he can like Nakata. But that’s very contradicting, hoping that he likes you but then hoping you like him.
Side note: Tanaka is a dick for ignoring Nakata for weeks( or maybe months, it’s never specified how long he ghosted him) after he was the one to kiss him. (╬￣皿￣)凸
He doesn't "like" Nakata, or at least, couldn't choose him at that moment. It just was a selfish wish (him wanting to be his crush). But at the end he finally had chosen Nakata, and that he wanted to like him the same amount Nakata has for him.
In my opinion, he's just a indecisive guy who has a complex about their similarities, a possessive one.
Ima so confused! Why did he apologize after kissing him? Is it because he doesn’t actually like him? Or the fact that he has a girlfriend? Pls someone explain this scene and then the ending too cause I’m soooo lost.
