Guys I love Abel as much as everyone here, but the fact that the story isn't centred on him is a fantastic thing. The reason why we're all enjoying this story, is because the author clearly cares about telling a good story with interesting characters. You and I both want to see some rising romantic tension between our two main characters, but think of all the other manhwa's, where the plot that we've been establishing for a season would've been summed up in a chapter or two, just so they could get to smut quicker. Think of how samesy they start to feel.

Would you care about Abel as much, if you were only told that he's kind? Of course not, you care, because you saw the slow, but meaningful effort he puts into caring for others. I wouldn't care about the side characters, if we were just told they all like Abel, and that maybe they're also friends. Instead, we're shown how they each viewed him, how they view each other and how Abel's absence has changed them.

Idk, it takes a lot of courage in my opinion to try to sell bl manga to as many people as possible and still insist on telling a good slow paced story. It automatically makes me trust the author's competence and I think this will be great.

You are right. It's a very good story. I read it so carefully as a precious story into a good book.
