I don't quite get it. What happen on chap 1? Why was the customer got mad at him? Then why the manager try to reduce his working hour? Why ppl often misunderstand him? It is said from his appearance, but what is wrong with his appearance? Flashy or Yankee? Which one?!? Arghhh this is frustrating
