Sometimes it's trauma response, peoples brain tend to forget traumatic events of their lives as a coping mechanism/response
I mean, who would want to remember their bully and the rough times they went through? Not everybody.
Errr well I never got physical bullying so I don't have to say too much on it but with time some people might forget but not completely..like yeah everyone in my class in 2nd grade was mentally bullying me but I forgot them all after I changed schools(except for some because my mom has connections bruh) but yeah..I can't say for sure and it doesn't mean what I say is true but this my perspective on it.. Since Dohu seems like he doesn't care at all I think he didn't really "hate" the bullying and that most likely it just annoyed him. So if he didn't care that much he surely forgotten because people forget things or people they don't care about..Now again I am waiting for the next chapter for my perspective to either be confirmed or a failure made by me(this ain't smth new) so maybe let's wait and see..It could also be the fact that the bully changed (in face and body) a bit so Dohu did not realize it was him.(I really am sorry for yapping but I love writing paragraphs with my opinion and my perspectives of a manhwa or a show)
