Theory 1: So the first panel is of an old man reading a letter heartbroken holding a letter and in one of the chapters later on (forgive me I forgot the number) the female lead gives the male lead a letter and he gives her one. So I think they do get married but she will die of her illness so he grows old with the letters holding onto his love for her waiting to be reunited in death.
Theory 2:
In the last chapter it ends off with her father shooting the gun to the male lead but I think the female lead gonna get in the way to protect him and get shot & past away before they could get married.
These are just some theories tho! I hope they live happily ever after of course but idk what you guys think? Give ur thoughts and maybe some theories if any different ones! (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
