Basically the game moderator (I think he’s called that) changed the dialogue of the Grand Duke. Remember when MC asked what the Grand Duke feels for him and he got that pop up saying: “I hate you”?
The game moderator changed the Geand Duke’s reply. It was ACTUALLYA “I love you”.
So the grand duke was very confused as to why the MC suddenly left, while he confessed to MC. He is heartbroken. And now he sees MC again, he is of course frustrated as to why MC never returned, and felt rejected.
Where are you when we need you the most
Basically because the grand duke’s before him were shit. And he didn’t trust MC. I think it was something like that. Whenever the MC was “incompetent” he would kill him. And the MC would keep trying to improve for the kingdom.
