Hello I don't think this manhwa has a novel, it's more likely a coincidence when the author came up with same story as the one you're describing. The ml didn't cheat at all, it's all misunderstanding (=・ω・=)
I have read the raw directly at webtoon korean, and it's completely different. If the author change the concept of the novel the author of the novel would literally sue the manhwa author, that's how it works. People sometimes came up with the same concept at a coincidence, I think you got it wrong
I did say it before that this version's author already bought the novel. So they have the right to change the whole thing. The old author already completed the original novel. And this new author is just changing it.

Before more drama comes, i would like to say that yes this has a novel whether you believe it or not. I have lots of screenshots of the novel so before you say i'm "lying" abt it. Anyway, here are some new spoilers:
• MC's Mom & Brother dies. (Literally so random )
• Revenge lasted for about 64 chapters in the novel. (The novel has 126 Chapters = Completed.)
• MC will end up with the cheating ML. (Dw it's worth it. Tho a cheater is a cheater so. )
• Lots of revelations, breakdowns, and drama. (Well cuz duh.)
• Lastly, it ended with the MC and ML getting married and having 2 kids. (Again, pretty random. But cute.)
