The only thing that made me uncomfortable is in some angle sergeant looks like Skylar due to the artstyle and it caught me off guard.

I'm re reading it again, and felt like this is kind of unfair that the real rapists of SM didn't get any punishment. It's like SM think that if he took care/revenged to the person who started/the cause of his suffering, all of the other suffering that follows would disappear.

And yes, sergeant NEVER rape SM, he's the cause, the man in high power in that camp, and the bystander so basically SM is sergeant's rapist. SM becomes what he hated. He even tried to convince himself that it's okay to do all that bc sergeant is the cause, he touched his boobs (as a joke and to ridicule him) but he never rape SM, he even "kind of" unawarely save SM from the two guys who used him as onahole in that room. Sergeant's behavior more like the guy who used dominance bc of his high rank, and bc he let it all happen, those people in that camp are comfortable to harass SM. Like he's a sergeant, he didn't care .... It's also at some point SM look at sergeant as if he's hoping sergeant would stop the guys from doing that to him, instead sergeant still casually watched his suffering.

If this is written by author who romanticized dark trope, I can see the potential of both of them being in stockholm syndrom cycle. But paskim said "NO WE DON'T DO THAT HERE" and give that irony ending. Basically SM died as a rapist ... No he didn't do "raping the rapist" he's the sergeant's rapist. Though at least sergeant got his karma.
