I’m pretty sure I asked this before, but

Does anybody else experience often muscle and bone pain? Usually at night too. Like it just hurts and makes you feel sore but that’s it, like it doesn’t really cause much problems

That’s what I thought at first too, but I’ve had these for so long it can’t possibly be growing pains T-T my doctor also said I’ve stopped growing a while ago so I’m sure it’s not that.

Maybe instead of growing, we’re shrinking. Cause I mean, people do shrink as they get older, but I’m sure I’m not at that age yet to start shrinking so idk

bro that for sure isnt it, so dont worry about that. shrinking happens way later in life, and its not the bones shrinking, its the fleshy bits between the bones. like tissue and cartilage. so you wouldnt feel growing pains

Make sure you're getting enough electrolytes and stuff. Those are really important for muscle function. Other than that there are unfortunately a lot of things that can cause full body pain, including infection, post viral symptoms, and various autoimmune disorders like fibromyalgia, etc. Hope your doctor is able to help you ᘛ⁐ᕐᐷ

Yeah, I probably gotta start getting more electrolytes and vitamins, literally all I eat is sweets and junk food, and I have had parasites in my stomach before too, pretty sure I still have them… I’m not the healthiest person ever. And thank you!!

it’s bc you’ve been so active throughout the whole day so when all your muscles relax, the pain creeps in take care of yourself. it could be permanent…

do you have weird sitting positions? I get soreness from sitting in positions that look uncomfortable but I am comfortable. I would suggest stretching few times a week
