I don’t think that isolated single dimensional observation makes any sense out of Jin at all. What I’m saying is, that’s ignorant of the bigger picture, which we’re given so much of. Jin isn’t Jin because Jin chose the wrong people. Jin is Jin because he’s not one of them. He hates it, tried to love them, now hates himself more than he hated them.
