I got impatient and read the spoilers. Anyway, cliff can jump off a cliff. He is so creepy and it's like he does not see anything but rhyse. Honestly, i don't understand why he got a happy ending in the novel. He attempted to kill edith so many times and he gets a happy ending!!!
