this feels like a plot that the author "Brothers without a tomorrow" would have a field day with and make readers bawl their eyes out for months..... Now, I love that author but I'm glad this isn't by them lol

    I agree...I love their works BUT I want some pure lovey dovey works. Not drowning in anxiety thinking what terrible thing will happen/ can happen at any moment.
