I saw it too. There was nothing but a placeholder update which I find annoying.
placeholders are there bc bots take unofficial (oftentimes with shitty translations) chapters from other websites
notices like hiatus or upload date change are uploaded bc it means there's been a change with the next update date. Usually there is no chapter when there's a notice.
Saving notices for when new chapters are uploaded can confuse people so it's best to upload them when the officials do.
new translator are mainly for unofficial translations. It's so the readers can know. Sometimes there's a dip in quality while reading or the translations get better but it's important to know. Bc without a decent translation, the story can get lost and the reader is turned away from that story.

Are you guys seeing what im seeing or it is just me? I notice that all these updates here are all just placeholders.. the comments are like talking about something that i don't understand.... I don't even see someone complains about the placeholder updates like I AM EXPECTING.
