oh my god stop using the word fetishized when you don’t know how to use it. and by parody i mean its a satirical take. all the characters are literally caricatures of character tropes. that’s why they are all so extreme and silly. nobody is reading this to beat their meat, it’s simply funny because it’s so exaggerated.
Fetishizing is definitely used correctly in this context. Just like how lesbians are so heavily fetishized by straight men, gay men are fetishized by straight women. I am not saying that you are fetishizing anyone, but I am saying that there are people out there that do. And I do not remember saying that anyone is jerking off to this shit, fetishizing something doesn’t require one to masturbate to it. And I still never got the answer for how this is a parody. The characters are exaggerated, but I still think the author could’ve done a better job at implementing the parody into this manhwa. It just does not feel like a parody, especially when you take into account that there are serious manhwas out there with characters who behave like this, and sometimes much worse. Listen, I don’t care if you enjoyed this or not, I just criticized the manhwa from what I read, and even if it were parody, as I mentioned before, they could’ve implemented it far better.
There is a difference between criticising something that you enjoy and could be better and pointing out the things you hate about something.
