For educational purpose

The opening of our vagina is protected by a thin piece of membrane called HYMEN. Its purpose is to protect female babies from vaginal infections and as we get older, it loses its aim.
When you get your first period(it's called menarche) , the strenght of the blood flow will open the tissue.
(Sometimes the hymen doesn't open and this leads to health issues bcs period blood and vaginal secretions can't get out.)
SO because of the remaining amount of this tissue we bleed the first time we have coitus. But the bleeding should be really minimal, like a paper cut.
As for the pain in your first intercourse (penis in vagina) this is supposed to be really low. You need your partner to stimulate your clytoris to feel pleasure, we don't have orgasm by stimulating the vagina.
Hope this summary helps some of the girls in the comment sections <3

Adding up to this you CAN have orgasms but stimulating the vagina solely, it is just less common. A combined amount of senses like clitoral stimulation, foreplay and the touching of other erogenous zones (they vary from person to person) is built together for climaxing. If you feel a lot of pain from your first time you may be too tense or nervous but if it persist please go to a gynecologist as you could have a variety of reasons it can be happening as such including conditions such as vaginismus. There are ways to treat such conditions such as using vaginal dilators and plugs along with keggel exercises :)

This is actually not the case for everyone. Hymens are fickle things that can easily break during other various activities like sports. The idea that you're supposed to bleed/hurt your first time is also a very dangerous narrative. That simply means you were not properly prepared. Our bodies self-lubricate naturally when properly turned on. If it hurts and you're bleeding, your partner failed to make sure you were turned on enough.

Yup yup!! Also vaginas are all different! When you're properly aroused your vagina self lubricates usually and they come in all sizes and shapes!! Some vaginas are narrower than others so penetration might not be enjoyable AT ALL while others are wider. The vagina also gets lower when having sex, what I mean is that the uterus usually gets lifts up a bit towards your belly button and with arousal it accommodates the penis or item being used or etc. it's called tenting. Also fun fact the clitoris and the labias both swell during arousal :D

Real. Some of it isn't wrong it's just not so black and white. It varies depending on each body and person really. And the hymen can break from something as simple as riding a fucking bicycle lol

Girl you're free to write more informations on the comments section as what i wrote is just a small part of a really large topic. I saw comments of girls being suprising by the FL bleeding so I wrote this SUMMARY. Unfortunately school failed in giving us proper sex ed so the least we can do is share information between us and correct it if we know it's wrong.

What i wanna say to everyone reading this comment is that the hymen is not a membrane covering all the entrance. It just covers the edges around the opening. Even if youre a virgin you can still put fingers inside it and loosen it yourself. If you ever have sex with a man tell him to go slow you don't need to be in pain your first time. You won't be if hes gentle and cares for you.
