I think the one you are talking about would be 'I will divorce the female lead's siscon brother'...
At this point painting the duke and the brother as overprotective is pointless since that protectiveness seems to have vanished along with them. FL...I refuse to believe she's from modern times anymore. I'm sure there's some twist that says that she's actually from there.
