The characters are complex, and just because theyre given advice its still not as easy to change. I wonder if FL will ever be free from her parents and pursue being a novelist?
It doesn't feel like she and ML will end up together despite the romance tag, the other fl with the black hair seems to have a good chance to be with him she just didn't prioritise her feelings. Teacher isnt interested in him at all romantically and is concerned at times about his wellbeing. Hes interested in her because she wasn't the common advisor he thought she was (hypocritical, and would sweep things under the rug in favor of his mother) and reminded of his favourite ballet teacher who his mother kicked out.
Tho whaddoweknow, the leads might romance each other after some time cuz story is still developing. But definitely not as problematic as those jap mangas that focus more on the romance between teacher and student....if ya know ya know.
