yeah i agree mc's resolve seemed so strong in the beginning yet he was willing to give up his non-negotiable (in front of everyone!) just like that when the ml wasn't even in any immediate danger and they weren't THAT close (just boss-subordinate relationship) i wanted more buildup, more tension just...more
When it boils down to it, his reason is just very simple. Man just doesn't want to be seen with an ahegao face and smelling like honey in a world full of toxic masculine men
Aside from the mess up upload and funky translations, the story and flow is getting kind of shallow but i guess that's just me.
It has a really good potential at first but afterwards, the mc's secret is being swept away like it's no big deal anymore. Sure he stops when things get too streamy but meh. Can't really explain it. Too many loopholes. Or he's just that gullible not to notice that his guild mates are all S class. Nonetheless, it's still an owkei read to pass the time.
