Wow, I’m so happy I read this and just when it was completed. I both envy and don’t envy the people who read this over the years. I am in pain over this work, it’s amazing and genuinely so horribly human it makes me weak. The characters mean a lot to me, related to so much and I just have to say that the author must be a very empathetic person.
It’s rare for a creation to just, touch so many souls as this has done. The ending has left me feeling so bittersweet, it ended perfectly and again, so so reflective of the human experience. Will be thinking about this for a while.
