would it still be considered grooming if the older person has no intention of romantically loving the younger one? its just that the younger one is adamantly in love with the older one and the older one keeps on rejecting them before deciding to just ultimately accepting the affection of the younger one

In my opinion, if they keep allowing the younger one to act like that when together ..then older one already has another form of love for them. Adamant Younger one is just going to mould that love in a romantic way

Just my thoughts, i am no expert

He's screwed either way. Abandon the child you raised so they don't stray to you, or stay fighting him off tooth and nail even tho he'll overpower you and emotionally mad dog you into giving in because your loyalty is too deep. I'm gonna say "not the asshole" for this one.

There's a difference between an adamant young one, and this guy with monstrous strength acting on instinct and using the MC's unconditional love, care, and loyalty against him. It's a very unfair power balance. The MC is literally getting taken advantage of. But otherwise, throw guardians who end up with their kids in jail!!!

I wouldn't think this as grooming cause I feel like he is older than taehyuk even though he is in his young/child version of himself when they met. Yk the dragon thing but ig yeah for some they will think this as grooming cause of their back story and grooming is not good too, I just hope the author put a note or like a hint that I'm right about him being older than taehyuk when they met
