I don't recall the arc all that well (it was kinda boring), but I remember the ending, after Luxia leaves, the main guy for the arc, Ares is revealed to be a fragment of agent Zero, and he proceeds to leave the small world as well, with memories of Luxia.

It isn't until some time much after, Luxia finds out about the shards and goes shard hunting. The shards take the form of the male leads in the small worlds.

After this arc is the Vampire Ludwig arc, which was pretty funny.
