Probably. If you really think about the fact that Chinese danmei even when censored alot of them become worldwide famous (e.g. untamed, word of honour, nirvana,addicted) the world really isn't ready for uncensored danmei xD
There are actually brave danmei authors(most notably from novels) that would published uncensored smutty bls anonymously but there are readers that would out them unfortunately so there are less and less explicit ones from china. There are a lot of uncensored work from taiwan both novels and manhua but I'm not sure why they are not as localized in english vs the former
