the current couple you're reading rn is the 1st one, and they have a side couple which is the song guy (i think he wears a purple robe). the 1st couple then will have a mega asshole son which will be the 2nd main couple. the mc is pregnant around ch 120 so after that will be their son's story iirc. also the son is 100× worse than his dad and he definitely doesn't deserve a redemption arc like the current emperor

Frankly, personal advice, if u r still at chap 20 , and if u r still not so much invested in this, I highly recommend you to stop right here.down the road , it’s gonna be a very high emotional rollercoster of ridiculousness and insanity .
