that's what I thought too at first, but then I remembered, on April 1st they always said the opposite of what they actually meant. this is why Ryousuke changed the clocks so Shunya wouldn't realise he means the opposite of everything he's saying.
So ghost-kun's idea of a farewell is to act mean and claim he never liked haru, only for that to be pointless because he ends up confessing anyway. Idk that part was rushed imo.
