I think he’s a creep, but I also think he hates her. I get the feeling that if he didn’t need her to be by his side because of her blue eyes, he would’ve killed her. Instead he indirectly defiles her with slaves every chance he gets. You can love and hate a person all at once, too. The two aren’t mutually exclusive.

He still hates her, but because of how she was treated later, his hate has somewhat faded..or to be precise, he now thinks of her as his possession, his toy. You don't hate your toy; instead, if you hate it, you break it, and no one can stop you from doing that. He wants to make every person with blue eyes miserable in every way possible. He is practically gang raping her; what makes you think he hasn't seen her naked body for himself or had the decency to not touch her inappropriately using hate as his reason? So conclusion: He definitely hates her and he is hating her with zero morality.
