ML took advantage of MC's naivety and less information knowledge, but he didn't orchestrate all the MC's miserable life. He just let him struggling.
it's true a lot happened between them but at a certain point ML became so caring for the MC to the point that he went off track and some of his actions and decisions were emotional (giving Ale 10% of the shares in exchange for telling him about the Hawon's location, Because of that, Taeha became the vice president and Ale the president.
