That’s such a great rec. Natsume was my favorite anime at one point. It’s so good but no one I recommended it to would give it a chance.
Stories where the character is very carefree and kind but because they choose to be? Like, shit has happened to them and they could have Avery right to be mean and closed off and they have the brains (meaning, they're not nice just cause they're dumb) but they choose kindness regardless?
