Something about this story just feels off idk, like there are a lot of things that could’ve been avoided or changed to make the dynamic more better. I like the idea of them being childhood friends but it just happened so quick and there’s really no clear indication of time.
ML is just… not a good pick, it could work out if he had more depth to his character rather than: -hold grudge -is asshole -is rich smart asshole -is dumb now in my opinion and can’t contribute more to the story other than to wallow and let MC handle the abuse all over again
I can understand that he doesn’t have the power like the antag who’s straight up yakuza but come on man you have money or something. The “medicine” can’t be the only thing he’s got going for him, he needs to like, buy an artillery tank and start blasting.
