It’s an “easy way out” for people who don’t know how to write. It doesn’t make sense for you to have a crush on someone of the same sex and do nothing for literal 10 years then the second they get a bf you tell THEIR BF “btw I’ve had a crush on him longer than u have lol” LIKE???
