Exactly! Unfortunately, Gojo was a character who, due to his popularity with the fandom, was exploited to the hilt. A character unloved by his creator but who continued to take advantage of so the fandom and especially the Gojo fans (who are not few) will continue following the manga AND buying merchandise (which we are guilty of, because since chapter 236 instead of getting low it kept rising). I wouldn't doubt that even some of the dialogues and scenes that Gege wrote in the manga were just bait, to keep the fandom following the story. When his intention in the end was to give him that unfair ending in which it seems that no one remembers him or cares that he died. But it will continue to exploit the character! And not only Gojo but Geto too, everything is for the end of the anime. I'm not watching Gojo dying again! No thanks!
At the end of the day Gege is an author who treats his characters horribly!

I hate that I have to agree. I've never had any beef with an author before but gege is so blatantly disrespectful to us. I think he said something like "I hope to give you a satisfying ending" but then this is what he came up with? Looks like he doesn't know his readers at all or what's more likely, doesn't care how we feel about the ending. Kinda insane to say since I don't know that man but I don't like him as a person. I really don't
If anyone at least like.. acknowledged Gojo's death, it would be a 100 times better. Or at least would make more sense why they're so cheerful now, back to normal as if nothing happened. Gojo died but they're over it without even mentioning it once like "what a bummer he's gone. Anyway..-" or a micro reaction. Is that too much to ask for characters to act like themselves in this manga? It was going downhill since Gojo came back. No one cared when he died but I thought it was because they were busy fighting that no one had much of a reaction. Then when Yuta took over his body, Yuji (who didn't know that was the plan) was super chill about it. Totally nothing traumatizing or shocking for him. Even after they killed Sukuna, Yuta came back to his og body and they had the time to come to terms with everything that happened, they didn't for some reason?? That's so weird and unrealistic. Do they have no emotions now and went through no trauma to move on this easily? I remember the breakdown Yuji had in Shibuya arc but now that even more shit happened, it's chill?
I'm not even going to mention all the plot holes and unfinished parts of the story. Even focusing solely on the info we did get, what the fuck is that?? What am I supposed to get from that??
It made no sense for Gojo to be okay with dying and leaving his students when he said his biggest joy in life is to watch over the next generation. He's still needed and he knows it. Where is the determination we saw from the beginning? Why did he accept his deafeat so easily and with no regret? All that bragging about winning against Sukuna when the time comes and here we are.
We had like 3 chapters left before and it already wasn't a lot but gege decided to waste the panels on shit we don't care about and make characters act unlike themselves. Yuji would never get over Gojo's death with absolutely no reaction. Who is this like actually cause that's not Yuji
Gege knew everyone cared about info about Gojo the most so he gave us none. Not even where his body is. Thanks for the new side-characters tho. Much appreciated, king
