I thought it meant Jesse became his step-dad and continued to help his beloved's orphan son?
Read the author’s note, right under the drawing of the adoptive son, they wrote that the adoptive son and Jesse end up falling in love, then it ends like the typical mortal leaving the immortal behind.
only liked the first story and pretending that creator note doesn't exist, because wym he ended up with his son after all that..?
