yea same lol I too barely keek track of my cycles so it would be the same thing for me. Being a beta is the best tbh you don't face much problems.

Like, heats are essentially periods of estrus, no? It’s synonymous to periods for us humans. I barely track my cycle, I KNOW for a fact that I’d accidentally go in heat in the worst possible places cause I would not care enough to keep track of my heats. This was a weird thought process, and I’d just like to know if anyone has kinda thought the same. Personally, if I was in a BL world, I would gun for beta.
