I suppose it's some kind of character trope. Like, u see it and already know something abt him. He's small with pretty but poker face and dirty mouth - I think it was clear from what he looked.
Just like the other with tattoos and scars, with beauty mark or freckles, that kind of specific hairstyle and others.
U see a certain character with some of these things and just with that u can pretty much guess the surface of their personality.
You can say it's a trend face with a char trope for these days. As an artist myself, I inspired a lot from these kind of char. I love power uke who looks like them(the taller one). You can see the resemble in those kind of char which has also the same personality but created it more in your own. well I'm not complaining since I still not sick of those type

Literally same build, same shoulders, same hair, eyes, face and even personalities sometimes.
