I think... The father wanted the power/luck for his business, he slept with the seme's mother so that he can get that luck but sadly he didnt and was deceived. The father thought he could get it after sleeping with the seme's mom, now he wanted the uke to get the power/luck again. I dont think the father wanted to sleep with his own child (seme) because he is half something, because in the first place he think he could get the power from semes mother, but was deceived. so he lock up the uke to try to do something to him to get the power.

It's been awhile since I seen a uke so desperately chase after a seme to get him to sleep with him. To the point this feels like coercion a bit. But nonetheless it seems like they both like and want each other.
