They both give me bad vibes. Her friend is just using her. I think she give her expensive gifts so that the others will think that she is just being used and appear as an innocent friend. Then plot on giving her boyfriend as a gift for them to get to know each other but then her boyfriend also think that his girlfriend is being use so he took this opportunity to actually get revenge for his girlfriend.
They're just the worst.

Just relax a bit. I used google translate on future chapters and it looks like the friend and him aren’t dating. More so the friend wanting the mc to get a boyfriend she approves of, hence “gifting” mc a bf. The friend is definitely odd though, but her intentions are unclear yet.
Idk what the guy’s feelings are but he’s mainly cooperating for whatever reason with the friend. At most though, he just wears a couple ring matching with mc, but he doesn’t really do anything. He’s pretty chill and it doesn’t look like he proactively goes after mc, just carries on with his daily life and just interacts with mc occasionally. MC and him bicker a bit, but it looks like he blushed when looking at a photo of Mc.

I made the comment before seeing the chapters that were updated today, I’m talking about the blushing at the photo in her house. It looks more obvious to me that the focus is on the mc’s face, and his hand seems to partially be covering the friend
Give her boyfriend to who? Like why? And how come his cooperating with it? What's their intentions in doing this to her?
Am I reading too much into this?
