hahah. that is also my intent. it's a nice shorty with good enough drama and there's not enough non-stereotypical couples in BL world and I put hope on people learning to appreciate them more than the uke getting paired with the the handsome, tempting yet a douche seme. Also, don't act as if the past didn't happen. When renji said "I love you" He totally had his dead lover in mind. He may have realized his feelings for renji but when? after he hard hurt him a dozen times over. He even had the gall to feel smothered after going out with renji just for his own sake. He did not even tried to tell the truth to renji but instead flirted with renji in that half-assed way. If he is really serious, he should have done more. But he did not.
